We received your submission via our general contact form, so I’ve gone ahead and converted it to a support ticket here.
Looking at your global SyncS3 settings, I’m seeing that you’ve set your default region to “Sydney”. This setting requires a region’s code. For Sydney, Australia, the code would be ap-southeast-2. A full list of regions and their codes can be found here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html.
I’ve made the change for you on your testing site. Can you try again, and let me know if that helped?
