Thanks for that info – perhaps a dropdown of all the locations or a link saying go here to get the code would be very helpful on that setting.

I just logged in to the site and tried to edit a form:

I tried to change the title of the form and still got the same error – that could not save the form:

There was an error while saving your form. Please
contact our support team.

Must be still another issue.
