I just received the screenshots of your settings, and everything looks correct.
If you go into one of your Entry’s details page (within the Gravity Forms admin), do you see any S3 URLs saved to the entry?
If not, would it be possible for you to share some temporary admin credentials so we can troubleshoot what might be going on?
