Hi there,
When you say, “in the edit order screen,” where is that screen coming from (e.g. WooCommerce)?
SyncS3 will, when enabled to do so, remove the files locally. If there’s some other integration that tries to read the files from a local source, it wouldn’t be able to. However, we can look into the integration, and see about customizing it.
As for the entry details page showing that no files were added to S3, is that happening on every entry?
