Thanks for the updated credentials, Matthew. Looking through your custom template, I’m not seeing anything that is glaringly wrong. However, I was able to export your template, import it on my end, and reproduce the problem. For some reason, there’s something about that template that is causing Elementor to not take over and display how it should.

As a workaround, I imported a template that I created to your site. It’s the same design you may have seen on our product page. That template is being applied successfully to your products.

To test, try to customize the template I uploaded here. If you can, check the frontend after each change. If you notice that it breaks again after a specific change, that would be helpful information for troubleshooting.
