Hi Bryan,

SyncS3 sends files directly to S3, and you have the option to delete the file from your local server. If the files aren’t hitting your S3 bucket, first ensure that you’ve configured your credentials correctly (e.g. correct keys, region, etc.)

The issue you may be facing with larger files usually has more to do with server limits. For example, your host/server may have a lower time limit on executions, or on upload sizes. However, you should be able to adjust your server settings to increase these limits.

If server tweaks aren’t an option, you may want to consider an AJAX upload solution. We have numerous customers using this plugin: If you go that route, you’ll need some custom code to make it work with SyncS3, but we can provide that to you.
