Hi again,
We’ve done some further experimentation to see if we could make our Elementor template override the BC product template if we changed our WordPress theme. When we switched to the Twenty Twenty theme, it worked. So, the issue would seem to be related to incompatibility between the Hello Elementor theme and BigCommerce for Elementor.

We would still prefer to use Hello Elementor if possible. Is there a quick way to fix the template override issue for this theme?
