Reply To: Members plugin conflict
I have the members plug-in (https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/) to control access for other aspects of wordpress and some our own custom plugins.
Since it is installed, and your plugin does not have those properties, gravity forms will not display your settings submenu on their settings page.
To get your settings to load, I had to add those properties to the class.
