Hi

Just wondering when we might be able to try the new plugin version as we have the developer on hold. also, as we need the customisation above, will we be able to do most of that in the new plugin? Otherwise maybe its best we get the developer to do it after all.

By the way, in my account, every time I login and go to a support ticket it just reloads the account home page and I can’t see the ticket. I have to manually clear the site cookies and login again to see the ticket.

Also, the link to the ticket in the email notifications are broken.
