I found out that disabling and enabling of plugin fixes routing and link https://econsult.spiderbyte.co.uk/syncs3/22854/27/0 started to work.
I have one question more. When the file is sending to AWS ? Just after form is sended or after S3 URLs link clicking ? We have server behind the load balancer, so file should be send by the same instance of server which gets uploaded files. So best way would be to send files to AWS once they will be uploaded and stored in server.
