There’s an error occurring on your site. Unfortunately, FTP is required to resolve the error. Additionally, it’s strange that the logged-in user data is not available on the frontend of your website, which may be the cause for the white screen. The plugin needs the ID of the currently logged-in user to function, and it’s not available. The entire cookie created by WordPress is not available at all on the frontend.

Are you familiar with anything your designer may have done to prevent cookies on the frontend of your site?
