Hey Aubrey,
1. We had to remove those options for name and email because that info is required by Stripe. So now, the name and email fields are in the form by default.
2. It looks like you were logged in to your account when you made those purchases. Your user account didn’t have a first/last name set, so it didn’t have that info for the purchaser. I edited your account to include your name, so now it shows “Aubrey Nation” as the customer.
3. Did you disable Test Mode before trying the actual purchase?
