Hi Gary,

I’ve added the secret and access keys, but I’m still seeing the same results. I even tried it with root access keys just to make sure it wasn’t a permissions-related issue, but it’s not working with those keys either. I’ve left the root keys in the settings screen for now.

In the interest of time, I’ve created an admin account for you on our staging site. Here are the details:
