Hi folks, it’s been 3 weeks since we bought this plugin and we haven’t been able to use it at all. I’ve followed the instructions on your site, and in the plugin, but we haven’t been able to get the Direct to S3 feature working.

Can you please get back to me on this support ticket, or please issue a refund. I’d rather you keep my money and help me get this plugin running. But if not, please issue a refund so I can look elsewhere.
