What theme are you using? Is it one that has any kind of built-in templates for BigCommerce? Are you able to try using the Hello Elementor theme from Elementor? It sounds like something is preventing the template from loading.
BigCommerce for Elementor doesn’t control the rendering of the full product template – that’s done by Elementor. BC4E simply registers BigCommerce components as Elementor widgets so they can be added to a template in Elementor.
