Okay, it looks like the Elementor setting for enabled post types was not set on Products. I went ahead and enabled it on your site. Setting is here: https://standardpetcompany.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor
The setting is pretty vague, but it’s basically for enabling Elementor templates on specific post types. https://elementor.com/help/does-elementor-work-with-posts-and-custom-post-types/
