Can I get any support on this matter? When I first opened this ticket, the subscription was expired from a failed auto payment. There was no way to cancel any future additional attempts from the site and only a renew button was showing. I never renewed the expired subscription. It appears that PayPal ran a charge for the expired subscription again 3-4 days later and then I was able to cancel from the site.
I do not want the subscription, have not download or used the plugin, and would like a refund please.

Michael GozdiskowskiCustomerNow a charge attempt was made again after the subscription was expired. It let me cancel now, but I do not want the service and would like a refund please. I am no longer using the plugin and have no active licenses.
