Hi Martin,
I added the filter to the end of your theme’s functions.php file. The custom StorageClass argument was present on the uploader. I then tried to submit the form with an uploaded file. The form appears to have submitted successfully, but please check your S3 bucket to see if the file did indeed upload. The file I uploaded has a file name of elegant-catalogs-cover-image-sample.jpg.
