Hi Hamza,

The SyncS3 portion of that error has to do with the Gravity Forms uploads folder not being created. Gravity Forms, by default, stores files locally. It creates folders to store the files. SyncS3 then opens the files from those folders to move them to S3. Something is causing the folder creation in Gravity Forms to fail, thus causing SyncS3 to fail in uploading the files to S3.

My first thought is that this may be due to incorrect permissions for the directory. I’d recommend checking the wp-content, wp-content/uploads, and wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms directories are set to 755 for their permissions.
